Representative Partner: Keiko Yamagami

From a young age, through my grandparents and parents,
I have naturally learned about the etiquette, prayers, and human connections that are deeply ingrained in Japanese life.

After graduating from the Department of Physics, Faculty of Science, Nara Women's University, she worked as a researcher at two manufacturing companies.

Later, in California, where he lived with his family,
While supporting math and science lessons at a local elementary school, I also participated in activities to introduce Japanese culture and lifestyle.

At the time, I affectionately called myself a "little goodwill ambassador," and I experienced the joy of people from different cultures getting to know each other and connecting with one another.

Looking back, I think that time was a starting point that led to my current work of "connecting people with each other and people with cultures."

After returning to Japan, I transitioned into the life insurance industry, where I was involved in sales, management, and human resource development. Through these experiences, I came to realize that in both work and life, what ultimately motivates people is "trust and connection between people."

Through my interactions with people over many years, what came to mind anew was the Japanese culture and spirit that I had inherited since childhood.

Thinking of others.
To prepare the environment.
To cherish and build meaningful connections.
Respect not only what is visible, but also the invisible connections.

I want to pass on this wisdom that the Japanese people have cherished, to modern life, work, and to the next generation.

With that in mind, we established Entourage LLC in March 2026 , with "connection" as our core philosophy.

Our goal is not simply to pass on culture.

Through Japanese culture,

To prepare people's hearts and the environment,
Connecting people to people, people to culture, and people to the future,
From there, we can cultivate new relationships and possibilities.

Arrange, pray, connect, and nurture.

We will continue to create spaces where life and culture flourish, cherishing each and every connection we make.
